Ashley is an Integrative Nutrition & Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Instructor and Reiki Practitioner based in The Lehigh Valley. She began practicing Vinyasa when she was 14 years old and realized, “yoga is as much for the mind and soul as it is the body.” A few years later, Ashley discovered the universal law of attraction, began researching metaphysics and started teaching yoga classes while studying Mass Communications and Marketing. At 19, she had her first Reiki session and understood the profound healing potential in energy work. That same month, she followed her inspiration and left to study abroad in Europe, where she lived for 3+ years and earned her Masters Degree in International Business Development at IPAG Business School in France.

After finishing grad school in 2018, Ashley traveled to Goa, India, where she lived and earned her first 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in the styles of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin.  In 2019, she received her Reiki L1certification and became the Mind & Body Coordinator of Steel Fitness Premier, a Health & Wellness Center in Allentown, PA. The following year, Ashley graduated from The Integrative School of Nutrition (IIN) in New York, New York. She has since been attuned at the Master Level of Reiki through Tribe Yoga in Fogelsville.

Ashley used her adversity as a catalyst and became the mentor she was always seeking. It is her mission to help others transform their lives into the most authentic representation of themselves through uniting the mind, body and heart.

Her signature Wake Up & Unwind Yoga classes are designed for all levels:“Inspired by the Yin & Yang forces, this yoga class combines high-energy and dynamic movements with stillness and long holding postures. Begin by connecting to your breath as you set your intention, then open your mind, body and soul to the experience. You’ll finish feeling grounded and free.”

Dakota’s goal with her practice is to provide a pathway for her clients to a life of fulfillment and longevity. After receiving her first reiki session in 2013, Dakota experienced first hand the transformative power of energy work. She immediately enrolled to become a Reiki Practitioner herself and has since been certified in Reiki Level I and II with the intention of becoming a Reiki Master. Wanting to expand her knowledge, skillset and ability to help others, she decided to go to school for Massage Therapy. Dakota received her Massage Therapy license in 2015 after graduating from McCann School of Business and Technology. While Reiki and Massage Therapy changed the way she viewed health and wellness, her mindset shifted even further after working alongside of a Holistic Doctor of Chiropractic.

From 2018-2020 Dakota watched as patient after patient overcame physical challenges, came off of prescription medication, broke mental barriers, and achieved goals they were told they would never be able to reach. Her views on medicine and healthcare were completely shattered. Going through these life changing monuments has shifted her mindset from healthcare being something you utilize after becoming    ill, to taking preventative measures to get your mind and body into a state of ease. Through Reiki and Massage Therapy she helps to instill this mindset shift onto others. She plans to continue her education to help her clients break down barriers keeping them stuck and achieve limits they never knew were possible.

Hello, my name is Marc Khalil. I am the proud owner of Three Circle Therapeutics. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Health Coach. I graduated from Cortiva Institute For Massage Therapy and Institute For Integrative Nutrition. I have a strong passion for helping people feel better about themselves and the lives they live. Through massage therapy and wellness coaching, I am able to do just that. Massage therapy and wellness coaching are more to me than jobs, they are lifestyles and passions. I am humbled when a person comes to me for service, as I know the powerful effects of massage and listening. I do not believe in the ‘one size fits all’ saying. I started my practice in health coaching and massage therapy on my belief that every person has a unique bioindividuality and deserves to be treated as such. As part of the human species, it hurts me to see other humans suffer. Too many people walk around with acute-chronic, physiological-psychological stress they may not even be aware of. I believe it is my destined job to help those in need. My hands and my ears are my most powerful tools. With my tools, I can relax the neuromuscular system, helping guide the recipients body into finding homeostasis (balance). I am so incredibly humbled to have been gifted my ability to learn and practice the traits of massage therapy and wellness coaching. Provided there are no contraindications, I personally believe everyone could benefit from massage therapy and a wellness program. The construction and application of a treatment plan for an individuals needs is beauty to my eyes, and the positive results obtained is the light that lets the beauty shine. There is nothing I want more than to be part of this ripple effect of which massage therapy and wellness coaching creates.
